Research Manager

Role/responsibilities:
-          Report to Managing Director
-          Assist in business development and client management
-          Develop and train a competent team
-          Motivate and drive team to deliver results

Requirements
-          A good Degree/Honours/Master in Mathematics/ Statistics/Business/Communication/Marketing
-          Minimum 3 years of experience in research agency
-          Experienced in client servicing
-          Excellent written & presentation skills
-          Excellent technical skills, especially in SPSS/ MS Excel
-          Strong Project Management Skills
-          Highly motivated, self-starter and enthusiastic
-          Meticulous with eye for details
-          Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-          Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative projects
-          Good understanding of research principles and use of methodologies for business needs

ReseaRch analyst

Role/responsibilities:
-          Analyse data sets and generate reports for presentation
-          Assist Research Manager in project management
-          Supervise quality control of the field work
-          Monitor industries and market intelligence

Requirements
-          A good Degree/Honours in Mathematics/ Statistics/Business/Communication/Marketing
-          Excellent Technical skills, especially in Saw tools/SPSS/ MS Excel
-          Ability to manage large datasets
-          Meticulous with eye for details
-          Strong Project Management Skills
-          Possess good communication / Presentation Skills
-          People oriented
-          Good decision making skills

Operations Executive

Role/responsibilities:
-          Plan, coordinate and execute primary research activities
-          Supervise quality control of the fieldwork
-          Assist Research Analyst in management of primary research work

Requirements
-          Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' Level or Nitec or Diploma holder
-          Excellent leadership and multi-tasking skills required
-          Prior experience in events planning and coordination would be advantageous
